That difference is the whole reason we opened. Too many smoothie and juice shops lean on frozen bags of pre-blended fruit, powdered mixes, and extra sweetener to cover what’s missing. We went the other direction. Where an ingredient is noticeably better from somewhere else, we import it rather than cut the corner — because on some ingredients, the gap in taste is too big to ignore.
